U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow Jones futures gaining around 150 points on Monday.

Shares of Tesla, Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) fell in today's pre-market trading.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Vice President of Finance Sendil Palani addressed allegations of the EV company evading taxes in posts on X over the weekend. The company did not evade tax but carried it forward as per an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) provision, they said.

Tesla shares fell 1.2% to $357.16 in the pre-market trading session.

Here are some other stocks moving lower in pre-market trading.

• Pliant Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLRX) dipped 54.5% to $3.54 in pre-market trading after the company issued an update on BEACON-IPF, a Phase 2b/3 trial in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
• Semtech Corporation (NASDAQ:SMTC) shares tumbled 25.2% to $40.75 in pre-market trading. Semtech shares fell around 10% on Friday after Baird cut its price target on the stock from $80 to $60.
• Oriental Rise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:ORIS) declined 20.2% to $0.91 in pre-market trading after falling more than 5% on Friday.
• Replimune Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:REPL) fell 19.6% to $11.21 in pre-market trading. Replimune announced inducement grants under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).     
• Maze Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:MAZE) fell 9.5% to $12.11 in pre-market trading. Maze Therapeutics shares gained around 3% on Friday after the company announced that the first patient has been dosed in the company’s Phase 2 clinical trial, the HORIZON Study, of MZE829 in patients with APOL1 kidney disease.
• Dogness (International) Corporation (NASDAQ:DOGZ) fell 6.6% to $33.00 in pre-market trading.
• The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE:MTW) shares dipped 6.4% to $9.12 in pre-market trading.
• Option Care Health, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPCH) fell 6% to $29.13 in pre-market trading.
• Celestica Inc. (NYSE:CLS) fell 3.2% to $125.52 in pre-market trading.
• ON Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:ON) shares declined 2.1% to $50.20 in pre-market trading ahead of quarterly earnings.
