U.S. stocks were slightly lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 0.1% on Tuesday.
Shares of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:LSCC) rose sharply during Tuesday's session following quarterly results.
Lattice reported quarterly earnings of 15 cents per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 19 cents. Quarterly revenue came in at $117.41 million, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $117.09 million.
Lattice Semiconductor shares jumped 10.6% to $60.25 on Tuesday.

- Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX) rose 4.1% to $128.73 after activist investor Elliott Investment Management disclosed a $2.5 billion stake in the company.
