On CNBC's “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer recommended buying Arista Networks (NYSE:ANET) right here at $70. The stock is “down way too much,” he noted.

Arista Networks will release its financial results for the first quarter, after the closing bell on Tuesday, May 6.

Cramer said he likes Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:UBER) likes very much. “I think it goes higher. Hold it for multiple years,” he added.

On the earnings front, Uber Technologies will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss its first quarter financial results on Wednesday, May 7.

Cramer said he likes Centas, when asked about Vestis Corporation (NYSE:VSTS). “Not Vestis people, we're Centas people,” he added.

Vestis will report its fiscal second quarter 2025 earnings results after the closing bell on Tuesday, May 6.

When asked about Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), he said, “That's a good space.”

Supporting his view, Keybanc analyst Jason Celino, on March 10, upgraded Paycom Software from Sector Weight to Overweight and announced a $245 price target.

“I think Goldman (NYSE:GS) at 11.8 times earnings is the way to go,” Cramer said when asked about Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:IBKR).

As per the recent earnings report, Interactive Brokers, on April 15, reported quarterly earnings of $1.88 per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.92. Quarterly revenue came in at $1.43 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.39 billion and is an increase over revenue of $1.2 billion from the same period last year.

When asked about CRH plc (NYSE:CRH), he said, “Building materials right now is not the place to be.” However, he recommended Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE:MLM) or Vulcan Materials (NYSE:VMC) for those who really want exposure to this segment.
